Returns and refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• Return within 7 days if unused and in original condition
• Refunds issued within 7 business days after verification
• COD refunds issued via UPI or bank transfer
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours

The app supports basic order status: Pending and Delivered.
